This small oil painting was the result of another enjoyable day on the Sunshine Coast.  Having painting my breakfast on a previous morning I was on the lookout for another breakfast painting.  These passionfruit looked and tasted great, and were lots of fun to paint.  All the shadow and dark shapes are connected, just like the pear. And there's a tiny self portrait picked up as a single shape in the spoon's reflection.
